MSP marketing needs to produce content for emails that has true value. It’s got to be value-rich. It’s got to have something that your prospective and existing clients can really sink their teeth into. In a phrase, it’s got to be worth their while. That is to say, you put little bits of value which are intrinsic to target demographics in your email content, but you don’t give all the information. Part of qualitative content involves subject lines inherent to your target market which draw in prospects. For example, you may pose a problem and a solution, or lead with a value statement. If you can personalize such that outbound emails include the names of prospects, this can be very engaging; but there’s a balance. Spam often uses such tactics as well, and you don’t want to be compared to spam. 


Incorporating the Visual Element 

Pictures, videos, and content construction all have a visual element which serves to draw in the reader. There’s a visual “feng shui” worth considering here. Get the right pictures.
