With IT Sales Leads, A Picture Is Still Worth a Thousand Words!

I assumed that everyone knew the importance of pictures until we contracted with a couple of syndicated blogs to promote our computer firm.

This is when I discovered that they never included pictures on any of the articles they submitted.

How can adding pictures to your marketing blog help garner more IT sales leads?

Snap Judgment

The reality is that the average person looking over some of your social media posting on LinkedIn, Facebook or Google+  are only going to look at your post for a few seconds.

Unless something catches their interest immediately then they are going to bounce and continue looking at other post.

The obstacle is that many times the number of words you are allowed to use to describe the article may not be enough to explain the relevance to those pursuing over social networks.

In addition, a number of people just will not give your posting enough time to even understand how it might be worth reading.

Pictures are worth a thousand words and it only takes a few seconds for people to look at a picture and decipher the significance.

Therefore adding a picture to your article or blog post can dramatically increase the number of potential readers and IT leads because the picture will catch their interest and they will be able to quickly see why they should read your article.

Why Aren’t They Used

If you can determine how important adding picture to your blog post are after reading just a snippet of this article then it begs the question as to why in the world a professional SEO company would leave them out entirely.

The truth is that adding pictures to your articles can be costly and would take away from the profits of these syndicated blog companies.

The other factor is that on top of raising the direct cost of each articles adding pictures can also require a lot of time to research which would also increase the cost.

However, despite the extra cost it is, any professional article writing services worth their salt will include pictures in your original and relevant blog post.
