This kind of bragging and talking about nothing didn’t appeal to me; but now I have resorted to the same tactic by blogging about my own innovative IT sales blog style.
There are several types of blog styles out there that range from reporting on news items to revealing personal examples that can teach a lesson and then there is just outright commercialism.
I wanted to try and come up with another type of blogging style that was similar to how the entertainment industry incorporates product placement into popular shows.
The idea is to sell advertising in such a way that consumers are not annoyed by the ads and more importantly can’t change the channel to avoid them.
I knew the new type of blog style would have to imitate the product placement commercial style.
As I was brainstorming I knew that I wanted to write something about our mad scientist concept that we have been using in our current IT marketing strategy.
It suddenly came to me that I wanted to actually write a fictional narrative that described what happened that caused him to go mad and utilize an analogy that I have also been using that says our Ultimate IT marketing formula was based on alien technology.
This is when I decided to go with the alien abduction scenario as the on going fictional narrative that would contain a light marketing message.
We hope the IT consultants out there like the Sci-Fi narrative we have started and if we see enough interest we will keep developing the theme so we can make reading our blogs more fun and entertaining.
