We just received word from one of the Top Managed Services Providers on MSP Mentor’s Top 100 list that they had closed their first SALE from a lead that was generated from MSP Telemarketing ‘s marketing campaign.
This Top firm has asked not to be named in blog; but they have since reordered an additional 2 more marketing campaigns.
Several months ago this firm was having trouble with their current telemarketing effort.
The fact that MSP Telemarketing had a vertical focus on managed services is what had then take a hard look at our firm. After reviewing our proposal and references they decided to start an IT lead generation campaign.
This first sale was out of the normal comfort zone that many computer consultants firms have established for their targets. They only had 8 users on the network but were a non profit that was extremely dependent on technology and had a well paid staff. Therefore down time would cost them enough to be concerned with preventing it.
We established a ‘need’ and a willingness to get information about managed services. The fact that this prospect fell into one of our clients vertical markets helped then land this sale faster! This sale closed within one month from when the initial sales meeting took place.
This firm has also reported that there are several other opportunities in the pipeline. They are convince that technology telemarketing is the right marketing technique.
